This Privacy Policy explains how Savvai, Inc. (“Savvai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in the United States in connection with the SavvaiEdge™ platform, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is intended for US residents and does not describe practices for jurisdictions outside the United States. We do not offer the Services to residents outside the United States at this time. If you are outside the US, please do not submit personal information to the Services.
We share information with: (a) service providers and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf under written contracts; (b) affiliates, in compliance with this Policy; (c) when required by law or to protect rights; and (d) with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI Model Providers: Certain features may route prompts and context to reputable AI model providers under confidentiality and security commitments; we do not permit such providers to use your Customer Data to train their foundation models.
We use necessary cookies to operate the Services and limited analytics to understand performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security program is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach involving personal information:
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon subscription cancellation or termination, your Customer Data will be scheduled for deletion from our active systems in accordance with the practices described in our Terms and DPA. Please note that we may retain certain information for a longer period in backups or as required by law.
California Privacy Rights Act: Categories Collected: Identifiers (e.g., name, email), commercial information (plans, transactions), internet activity (usage logs), and inferences limited to service analytics. Sources: directly from you and your devices. Business Purposes: as listed in the "How We Use Information" section. Disclosures: to service providers as listed in the "Disclosure of Information" section. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those permitted by law.
Your Rights: California residents may request to know/access, delete, and correct personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Submit requests at supportrequest@savvai.ai; we will verify your request (e.g., via your account email). Authorized agent requests must include proof of authorization and we may require verification directly from you.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not use the Services if you are under 13.
We currently offer the Services only to US customers. Do not submit personal information to the Services if you reside outside the United States.
We may update this Policy; the Effective Date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the changes.
